  1. Personal Information (including BVN & NIN)
  2. Evidence of Income (Salary/Business)
  3. 12-month Bank Statement
  4. Particulars of Property
  5. Residency Confirmation Documents (Residence Visa, Work Permit,
    Proof of Address, Country of Residence)

  1. Property Management: All financed properties are assigned to qualified property managers appointed by the bank to manage the properties on behalf of the customers
  2. Property Value: 80 Million Naira
  3. Tenor: 10 years
